I'm Tarek, the founder of TextInvoice. I also run Property Pulse, a property-management platform, through my company Altitude Information Systems. That's where this idea came from — not a whiteboard, but my own inbox.

Every week, the contractors and handymen I work with would send me their invoices the way that's easiest for them: a quick text message. “Replaced the waterline and float valve at 5308 Pleasant Valley, $50 materials, $100 labor.” No app, no PDF — just a note, tapped out from the truck.

The tools built for them didn't fit. Every invoicing app wanted them to create an account, learn a new screen, and tap through forms with a job still half-done behind them. So they didn't use them. They texted. And those texts worked — they just weren't invoices yet.

TextInvoice closes that gap. You text the job the way you already do, and the AI turns it into a clean, itemized invoice — one you review, edit, and send in seconds. It never invents a price(you set those), and it flags anything that looks off, so a typo doesn't go out to your customer. No app to learn. The way you already work, just finished properly.

We're starting small and honest — a hands-on pilot with real contractors — because the only thing that matters is whether it actually saves them time and gets them paid. If it earns its place in their day, we'll grow it from there.
