These terms govern your use of TextInvoice, operated by Altitude Information Systems, LLC. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

TextInvoice turns the messages you send into draft invoices you can review, edit, and send. It is a tool to help you create and deliver invoices — it is not an accounting, tax, legal, or payment-processing service, and it does not collect payments on your behalf.

You set the prices and you send

The amounts on your invoices come from you. The AI never invents prices; it organizes what you provide and flags possible issues. You are responsible for reviewing every invoice before it is sent and for its accuracy. Nothing is sent to a customer without your action.

Your account

Your account is tied to your mobile number. Keep access to your phone secure; activity through your number/links is your responsibility. Don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to send content you don't have the right to send.

Messaging

Use of SMS is subject to our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” during an active pilot and may change, pause, or have downtime. We don't guarantee message or email delivery, which can depend on carriers and third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altitude Information Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from invoice errors you approve, delivery failures, or service interruptions. The service is a tool; final responsibility for your invoices and billing rests with you.
